  My girlfriend's family had funeral services for her grandfather here. Throughout the week they all remarked how smooth of an experience it was working with the staff from the funeral home. From what I saw, they really are very professional and accommodating. The funeral director especially went out of his way to fulfill all of the family's wishes.

  My husband's mom passed away last month. We did not have a good experience at this funeral home. They were attentive and helpful until the actual viewing. We asked for a few things to be done before people arrived. They said they would handle them but they did not get done. We had to scramble around while people were already there. The employee hid in the back and didn't greet anyone or come out unless we went and found her. They sent my mother in laws remains to Lubbock after the viewing. My husband has called and left messages several times and no one has returned his call. This is shameful! He shouldn't have to wonder where his mother is while he is grieving her loss. I would not recommend this funeral home!
